Would this make a good tattoo or does it need improvement first?

First time getting a tattoo, I’m hesitant whether to get something similar to this or a smaller tattoo (Can’t find artist’s name at all)

my idea was to have this be just line work but there was some miscommunication, so i ended up with this. i am getting it filled in and ideally covering up the grass around her body. does anyone have any ideas on how to fill it in without losing the concept of the tattoo?

I got this tattoo 5 years ago and was never able to finish it due to me getting pregnant, and then my artist moving away. Do you think another artist would want to finish it? I know it’s kinda frowned upon for tattoo artists to work on someone else’s work.
