Was thinking of getting this devil tatted but the shop advised that hand tats don’t heal well/last long and they don’t do free touch ups but they’ll do it if I still want it. This has caused me to pause. Will it fade in a year? How long do hand tats like that last? Is it really a bad idea? Thanks

Looking to get my first tattoo and I’m considering something in this style. It would be on the collarbone area and wrapping over the shoulder. How will this style likely age over time? Are there other things I might consider with this particular style? I think you’d call this botanical/art nouveau?
