Follow up on my Handtattoo comments. i have a career as a mechanical engineer, im not 15 im gonna turn 21 in june, i wanted the Tattoo so im absolutely fine with the consequences, and my Artist asked me alot of times if i was sure and if i want something then i WANT it and i dont regret it

I have an old tattoo that was overworked. I want to get some honest opinions about if it looks ridiculous as is. I was thinking about adding to it and am open to any ideas – I want to give it a more feminine flair. Since it’s so dark and scarred I don’t think I can remove it or get it covered up
