Does anyone know where I can find this design?

My Dad had over 40 tattoos, mostly American Traditional. This was the last one wanted, but was disallowed due to chemotherapy. The message is, “never give up.” He died soon after. Is there anyone here willing/able to redraw this in American Traditional for my next tat?
